He has practiced in the real estate field in Santa Fe for over twenty years and has been involved in a wide range of residential and commercial transactions, leasing, development and property management. Mr. Barker is a Certified Residential Broker (CRB), member of the Commercial Real Estate Institute and a candidate in their CCIM program. He is a past president of the Santa Fe Association of Realtors, a past Realtor of the Year, and a long-standing member of the Professional Standards Committee.Mr. Barker is a fourth generation Santa Fean who attended Santa Fe local public schools and later received his Bachelor of Arts from Colorado College.
